What Montauk does to a window
Montauk is the saltiest glass on the East End and there is no sheltered side. Ditch Plains, Hither Hills, Old Montauk Highway and the oceanfront motels and condos on South Emerson take spray straight off the Atlantic and dry a white film within days of a cleaning, and Culloden Point, Soundview and the homes on Lake Montauk and Fort Pond Bay take it off Block Island Sound on every north wind. A nor'easter at the Point carries salt across the whole peninsula, and the fog that sits on Montauk in June and July keeps the film wet and sticky for weeks.

How often should windows be cleaned in Montauk?
Every two months for most Montauk homes, and monthly for oceanfront and bluff-top glass in the windy months. Homes in the village and around Fort Pond sometimes stretch to quarterly in summer. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in condo and HOA buildings?

Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
